Learn the foundations of yoga practice including breathing techniques and simple poses and flows in our Beginners Yoga class.
We'll introduce you to how a class works, how to use props to help in your practice and answer any questions you might have about yoga.
The class moves at a slow pace.
After a few months (or even weeks) you'll feel confident to move on to our Beyond Beginners class.
You don't need any experience to do this class.
It is aimed at complete beginners as well as people who have done a few classes elsewhere, in the past, or on YouTube.
It’s also a popular starting point for people who have graduated from our Beginners Course..
You will need to be able to get up and down from the mat for this class.
There is some wrist and knee pressure but it is usually minimal and you can use blankets to cushion your joints.
