Join Amie for a 90 minute 'Candlelight Christmas Yin' class, designed to bring relaxation and calm as the festive season approaches.  In this session, you'll enjoy the slow, mindful practice of Yin yoga, bathed in the soft glow of candlelight, creating a peaceful and calm atmosphere in the studio.
