Held about every 6-8 weeks. Mandala is a sensing and flowing vinyasa class in which you will breathe and move in a circular pattern through 360 degrees around your mat, connecting to the universal elements of earth, water, fire and air.
You'll usually begin and end the class in the still poses of yin yoga.
Some previous experience of yoga is advisable for the Mandala practices, at least having a few Beyond Beginners classes under your belt.
You might wish to bring a warm layer to add / remove for the yin practice.
In this class you work at the pace of Vinyasa classes.
