A 90 minute Sunday morning class to work on your strength, particularly in the upper body and core.
We will be working on foundational strength poses for the core, shoulders and arms with a specific peak pose in each practice.
Autumn 2022 schedule:
⭐ Sunday 25 September - Plank, Side Plank, Wild Thing and other Plank variations
⭐ Sunday 16 October - Crow, Crane and Side Crow
⭐ Sunday 20 November - Shoulder Pressing Pose
You don't already need to be strong to do these classes, you just need to want to work on your strength.
