Build on your Beginners Course with 30 new poses and space to build more confidence in your yoga practice.
Held over six weeks, this course is perfect for you if:
🤍 You've done our Beginners Course and frankly didn't want it to end.
🤍 You already know some yoga and want a structure to build on your knowledge.
🤍 You've done a few classes and want to start again but not at the very beginning.
🤍 You want to rebuild your confidence after a break from yoga or an injury.
