We are excited to present our Gong Bath with Kate from Yoga Aura.

Yoga mats, blankets and bolsters will be provided.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring any extra layers with you. 

Please note you will be lying still for an hour, so warm clothes are recommended.

Contraindications

No experience is needed to attend Gong Bath but it is not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, metal implants or a serious mental health condition such as schizophrenia or PTSD.
