Good Morning Hatha Yoga class follows a set structure that includes breathwork, sun salutations, asana, mudra, restorative poses, and meditation.
Physical adjustments are offered in this class, of course you are welcome to opt-out of these.
This class is suitable for all levels
You will need to be able to get up and down from the mat for this class.
There is minimal wrist and knee pressure, mainly during sun salutations, but you can use blankets to cushion your joints or your teacher can offer an alternative. It is not a vinyasa class so there are no flows between poses.
