Experience the blend of dynamic movement and deep relaxation in our Yang to Yin Zoom Yoga class. This session begins with an energising Yang sequence to build strength and warmth, followed by calming Yin postures to promote flexibility and calm.
We encourage participants to keep their cameras on for personalised guidance. To enhance comfort during the Yin postures, please have yoga props such as bolsters/cushions, blocks, blankets and a strap available.
While the class is designed to be accessible, prior yoga experience is recommended due to the online Zoom format.
You will need to be able to get up and down from the mat for this class.
There is some wrist and knee pressure, some weeks more than others, but you can use blankets to cushion your joints or your teacher can offer an alternative pose.
