This class will take you on a journey through the whole body, exploring a variety of yoga poses and simple exercises you can do at home to keep yourself feeling mobile and healthy. You may wish to bring a notepad and pen to make a note of any exercises you find particularly helpful to you.
Anyone will benefit from this class who would like to know how to give those little niggles and aches and pains a bit of TLC.
To attend this class, you must be comfortable working both seated on the floor and standing. This class is also suitable for complete beginners and will involve multiple changes of direction.
Aime will guide you through this practice, utilising her interest in mobility work and Yoga Teacher Training qualification. Aime also has additional training in The MVMT Rooms.
